These terms govern your use of Buyer2Seller. By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Buyer2Seller is

Buyer2Seller is a listings site connecting buyers and sellers of farming equipment and farm services. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller — we do not handle payments, delivery, or the work carried out by a service provider. Any deal you make is directly between you and the other party, at your own risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use Buyer2Seller.

Your account

• You must provide accurate contact details — buyers rely on them to reach you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person or business.

Posting listings

• You must own, or have the right to sell, any equipment you list, and be authorised to offer any service you list.
• Descriptions, prices, condition, and photos must be accurate and belong to you or be used with permission.
• No prohibited, stolen, unsafe, or illegal items or services.
• No fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings.

We may remove a listing, or suspend or terminate an account, that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, without prior notice.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting them, you grant Buyer2Seller a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site for as long as your listing is active.

Fees

Listing equipment or services on Buyer2Seller is currently free.

No warranty

Buyer2Seller is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the conduct of any buyer or seller, or that any transaction will complete successfully. Inspect equipment and verify a contractor's credentials yourself before doing business with them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyer2Seller is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a transaction, communication, or dispute between a buyer and a seller, or from reliance on information posted by another user.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
